Try your GrandPaw bed for a full 365 days. If your dog doesn't love it, contact us within 365 days of delivery and we'll give you a full refund of the product price. No questions asked.

Vet Approval Guarantee

Take your GrandPaw bed to your vet and ask, "Will this really help?" If they say no, contact us and we'll give you a full refund of the product price.

How to get a refund

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email and tell us you'd like a refund. Include your order number.
  2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
  3. Ship the bed back to us. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
  4. Once we receive it, we'll refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged or wrong item

If your bed arrives damaged, or you received the wrong size or color, reply to your order confirmation email within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Bundles

If you bought a bundle (Buy 2, Get 1 Free or Buy 3, Get 2 Free), you can return the whole bundle for a full refund of what you paid. If you return only some of the beds, the refund is adjusted so you pay the regular price for the beds you keep.
